Thai Green Papaya Salad

Green papaya shredded, soak in cold water

Boiled cowpea

Put it with green papaya

Spicy millet, dried shrimps, garlic, peanuts and mashed together

Add half a lemon, squeeze the other half into the shrimp and squid, and marinate

Two spoons of fish sauce, one spoon of sugar

Cut the small tomatoes in half! With sauce and green papaya and cowpea on a platter

The squid is marinated with lemon, dry the water before frying, fry in the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, or you like to cook it.
Tips:
1. This salad is hot and sour, with a strong Southeast Asian style of fish sauce, but the small tomatoes are a little bit less, because it is a bit fishy to eat with seafood
2. The fish sauce itself is very salty, so you don’t need to add salt if you put two spoons in it.
3. Cowpeas must be cooked, unripe beans will cause food poisoning
