Thai Green Papaya Salad

Wash and peel the papaya

Use a knife to chop the papaya into a deeper texture, and then slice it into silk. You can also use a planer to cut into silk.

Shred carrots, 4 pieces of cherry tomatoes, cut papaya for later use

Pound the garlic, Thai pepper, and dried shrimp, then add lemon juice, tamarind juice, fish sauce, and sugar and stir well. Half of mashed peanuts. If there is no tamarind juice, you can use lemon instead

Add shredded carrots to the shredded papaya, mix in a bowl of juice and mix well, add another part of the whole peanuts, mix well, and add cherry tomatoes.

There should be cowpea in the original recipe. I used coriander instead of it if I didn’t buy it. It didn’t affect the taste.
Tips:
Fish sauce can increase or decrease according to your own taste. Thai pepper can be added according to your own taste.
