Thai Spicy Duck Neck

Peel off the fascia of the ice-fresh duck neck that you bought back, handle it, and wash it.

Prepare the ingredients, add 60 grams of spicy ingredients and add 60 grams of water to make a paste.

Chop the cleaned duck neck into small pieces, add it in the spicy marinade, mix well and marinate for about 2 hours.
