Thai Style Coconut Pineapple Rice

Prepare ingredients: cut pineapple into small pieces, try to take the hard core in the middle (less juice); cut carrots, prawns, intestines and onions into small cubes; wash the peas and rice.

Put the oil in the curry paste in the pot and heat it up.

Add peas rice and diced carrots at the same time and stir fry.

The coconut milk powder is hydrated.

Add onion and stir fry several times, pour in coconut milk, until coconut milk is juiced and immersed in the ingredients.

After the peas and rice are cooked, add the shrimp and sausages, and stir fry with a spoonful of curry paste.
