Ingredients

Thai Style Seafood Hot and Sour Pho

1. Clean the shrimp, cut the crab fillet into small sections, and cut the squid with a knife

2. Wash the bean sprouts and shred the onion

3. Add a bowl of water to the pot and boil, add tom yum seasoning cubes, add sugar and a little salt and cook for about 3 minutes

4. Add the prepared clams, squid, and shrimps, finally add the crab fillets and cook them, turn off the heat

5. Add water to the pot to boil, then boil the bean sprouts into the soup

6. Boil the pho soup in boiling water, pick up the dry water and put it into a bowl

7. Pour in the cooked seafood hot and sour soup

8. Put in bean sprouts, onion, scallion and chopped green onion and it's done

Tips:

1. Thai tom yum seasoning comes in dry cubes and sauce, both are fine. The seasoning cubes I use have two small pieces in a box. One serving is just right for one person. You can also put two if you like a thicker one.
2. The squid picture can be cut into circles if it is convenient
3. The seafood is cooked quickly, and the color changes and the heat is turned off
4. The taste of lai and cai I used here is the same, adding fish sauce will make it more authentic, but I don't like the fishy smell of fish sauce, so I didn't add it.
