The Most Refreshing Summer Drink with Coconut Milk and Mango Sago

1. Ingredients: a bottle of coconut milk, two mangoes, 20 grams of sugar, and 100 grams of sago.

2. Soak the sago in cold water for about 30 minutes.

3. After draining the water, pour it into boiling water.

4. Wait until it is brought to the boil again, turn off the heat and soak for 20 minutes, until the sago is translucent (note: stir with a spoon while cooking, otherwise the sago will stick to the bottom of the pan).
