The Soup is Watery in The Bitter Summer-corn Lettuce Stewed Chicken Soup

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces, soak for about half an hour, put it in a pot of cold water with ginger slices, boil on high heat, add a bottle of rice wine with a cap, and continue to boil. Remove any foam during the cooking process.

Soak the boiled chicken in warm water and wash

Put a proper amount of warm water in the pot again, add a piece of ginger, two big red dates, and the washed chicken to a boil again on high heat (remove any foam in time)

Add the washed and diced corn, and the washed, peeled and diced carrots

Bring to a boil again

Turn to low heat and simmer for about an hour

Add the lettuce that has been peeled, washed and cut into pieces, and boil again on high heat

Turn to low heat and simmer for about half an hour. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste before cooking.
