Thick and Smooth Almond Milk
1.
Put the American almonds into the grinding cup of a food processor and grind them into powder. Pour powdered almonds into a conditioning cup; pour milk and glutinous rice flour
2.
Use a food processor to beat evenly again to become a slurry; sieve the whipped mixture (you must sieve to have a thick and smooth taste)
3.
The sieved mixture is heated over medium heat and stirred until it boils; after stirring until it boils, it will become thick. Turn off the heat, add fine granulated sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves (the amount of sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste), put it in a bowl, and serve while it is hot
Tips:
1. The American almonds sold on the market are generally cooked products, that is, the kind that can be eaten directly as snacks. Therefore, you don't need to bake it before making it, just use it directly. If you use southern almonds, the flavor is completely different from that of American almonds;
2. Almonds can be replaced with peanuts, walnuts and other nuts to make peanut dew. Walnut dew. Raw peanut kernels or walnut kernels need to be roasted in the oven before making, and then used after cooling;
3. The mixture must be sieved before cooking, otherwise the taste will not be fine. When sieving, because there will be coarse particles blocking the screen, if the sieving is slow, don't worry, put the screen on the pot and let the mixture slowly pass through the screen;
4. The almond milk made by this formula has a thick and smooth taste. If you want to make a very thick paste of "almond paste", you can increase the amount of glutinous rice flour to 40 g-45 g;
5. Friends who are allergic to milk can replace milk with water.
