Thin Bottom Pizza
1.
Put about 70 grams of warm water and 1 gram of yeast into the bread bucket and mix
2.
Start the kneading program after adding the flour
3.
Add some olive oil to the dough for basic fermentation. The bread machine fermentation program I use is just covered with a wet cloth
4.
Preparation materials: de-juice cherry tomatoes, cut green peppers into circles
5.
After the dough is fermented, the exhaust air is rolled into a baking pan size dough
6.
Put the dough into the baking tray and make the pie side
7.
Pierce some small holes with a fork
8.
Sprinkle with pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese
9.
Evenly sprinkle mixed vegetables, shrimps, and chicken
10.
Put cherry tomatoes and green pepper rings on top
11.
Put it in the oven and heat 250 to 210 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes
12.
Thin-bottomed pizza is complete
Tips:
Add fish, meat, and vegetables according to your own preferences, and control the amount by yourself! I have plenty of it!
