Ingredients

Thousands of Black Fungus Stewed

1. Wash dried tofu and cut into wide strips

2. Tie it into a knot, don't use too much force, so as not to break

3. Put the stewed soup in the pot, boil the black fungus, add thousands of knots

4. Cook until tasty

5. Serve out the plate.

Tips:

If there is no braised soup, you can use dark soy sauce and five-spice powder, then add salt and chicken essence to taste. If the stewed soup tastes strong, you can add some water. I use the thinner Jinzhou dried tofu, but you can also use a thicker one, which tastes better.
