Tips:
If there is no braised soup, you can use dark soy sauce and five-spice powder, then add salt and chicken essence to taste. If the stewed soup tastes strong, you can add some water. I use the thinner Jinzhou dried tofu, but you can also use a thicker one, which tastes better.
