Thousands of Fried Cabbage with Butter

Preparation of main raw materials.

Cut ginger and millet pepper into the mince. Thousand sheets are washed and cut into small pieces.

Cream cabbage, soak in light salt water, wash and drain. (Remember to separate and wash one by one)

Add cooking oil and lard to the wok.

After melting, add ginger and millet pepper to stir up the fragrance.

Place a thousand sheets and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Stir fry the cabbage with butter.

Add oyster sauce when the creamy cabbage is broken.

Add refined salt and stir-fry evenly.

Pour a little water along the side of the pot, simmer for about 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1: There is no need to season too much, just a little oyster sauce for freshness.
2: Butter cabbage, break it as much as possible and wash it to avoid mud or bugs in the roots.
