Three Bean Soup for Heatstroke Prevention

Prepare the materials.

Wash mung beans, red adzuki beans and black beans and soak them in water for at least 1 hour;

Put the three beans in a pot, add about 600ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

After the beans bloom, add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes to remove from the fire. After cooling down, eat with the soup and beans.

Sandou soup can be drunk twice a week. It is best to drink during the dormancy period, and it can be drunk everywhere in the heat at the latest.
Tips:
1. The function of the spleen and stomach is particularly poor. Children who are prone to diarrhea should not drink three-bean soup often.
2. The amount of water and sugar added is adjusted according to your own taste. If you like thick, add less water, and if you like refreshing, add more water.
