[three-color Fruit Salad Rice]---quick-handed Lunch that Nourishes The Brain and Relieves Fatigue

Ingredients: red and brown rice, 1 large handful of black rice, 1 large handful of japonica rice, 1 large handful (I used my hands to grab) apple, half pear, half orange, half salad dressing 3 tablespoons

Put the rice in a baking bowl and pour in warm water.

Put the pot on the heat and pour boiling water (also boil the water), add the three-color rice and steam for 10 minutes.

During the steaming process, we wash and peel the fruit before dicing.

Put the fruit on top of the rice.

Spread the salad evenly on the fruit

Put it in a preheated oven, and bake the middle layer at 170 degrees for 5 minutes before eating.
Tips:
*Soak all the rice overnight and it will be easier to steam and taste better.
*The rice in the baking bowl should not be too full.
*The diced fruit does not need to be too big.
*For salads, all the fruits must be coated or they will not be blackened. The fruits will not turn black easily when they are soaked in salt water when they are cut.
