Three-color Steamed Egg

Prepare materials;

Cut the cooked duck eggs and preserved eggs into small pieces for use;

Apply a layer of salad oil on the top of the steaming box to make it easy to demould;

Place the cut preserved eggs and cooked duck eggs evenly on the bottom of the steaming box;
5.
Pour the beaten eggs into a bowl until the preserved eggs and salted duck eggs are submerged;

Cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few holes with toothpicks;

Put the steaming box into the steaming box and close the steaming box door;

Long press the power button to enter the default cooking and select eggs, and then press the start button to start cooking. When you hear the buzzer, it means the steaming is ready!

The portion of the recipe is only enough for a small plate, and the amount can be doubled if it is too small.
