Three Fresh Pot Sticker Dumplings

Wash the mushrooms, celery, and carrots and drain them.

Tips:
The flour and water are easier to cook and not easy to burn. Cut the celery leaves together for a stronger aroma. The hind leg meat is thinner, so add some cooking oil when making the meat filling, the taste will be better.
