Make Dumplings
1.
You can go to the vegetable market to buy meat, fresh pork, if you have it in your refrigerator, then don’t use it. Mine was taken out of the refrigerator, soaked in cold water, and put the pork in it. (It’s better not to use hot water, hot water is slow to defrost, tap water is like)
2.
Your pork is soaking, and it won’t be defrosted for a while. Anyway, if you are idle, you are also idle. Why don't you go out and buy dumpling wrappers? I can only buy them, because if you let me do it, I can't...
3.
Slice the thawed meat to the right amount of thickness. A little fat will be more delicious. I didn't send too much, because the baby doesn't like fat.
4.
Chop the meat into puree. If you have a meat grinder, you can use a meat grinder. If you don't have a meat grinder, just chop it by hand. Anyway, it doesn't take long, and you have exercised your hand strength! Then chop the leeks (green onion or ginger) on top of the minced meat and chop them together. Chop a little bit.
5.
Beat the eggs into another bowl. Break up and pour the meat puree.
6.
Put on disposable gloves, reach into the meat and grab evenly. (You can also use your hands directly)
7.
Wash the dumpling clips.
8.
Put a piece of dumpling wrapper on the dumpling clamp, put in an appropriate amount of meat, lift the handles on both sides, and clamp once, and it's done.
