Three Shredded Eryngii Mushrooms

Thaw the pork hind legs and shred them for later use.

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and green and red peppers and cut into shreds for later use.

Put about a bowl of water in the pot and boil the cut pork after boiling. After removing it, rinse with warm water and control the water, add salt and soy sauce and marinate for about 5 minutes.

After the pan is hot, add a little peanut oil, add a tablespoon of white sugar and stir-fry the color of sugar. When the oil starts to appear dark foam, place it like marinated pork, and stir-fry on high heat for about 1 minute. After the shredded pork is colored, put the garlic cloves prepared in advance.
