Three Vegetarian Fish Fillet Soup

1. Shave and clean the silver carp tail

2. Use a blade to get the meat on both sides of the fish

3. Cut the fish into thin slices

4. Cut the fish into thin slices

5. Add some base salt, white pepper, cooking wine and water starch for pickling

6. Chopped green onions

7. Slice the winter melon, white radish, shiitake mushroom and ginger all together, and shred the red pepper for later use

8. Heat the pan with a little bit of oil, add the shallots and explode

9. Then put the rest of the ingredients in and stir fry

10. Stir fry until the white radish becomes slightly soft, add water

11. Boil the water

12. After the soup in the pot is boiling, put the fish fillets one by one, then add some salt, pepper, and water starch to thicken it. (Because the heat of the soup kept coming up when the fish fillets were being put, I didn’t take a good picture)

13. Finally put the chopped green onion

14. Put some red pepper shreds in a bowl as a stop
