Three Ways to Eat Puff Pastry Eel

Preparation materials: Eel Tianxia Kabayaki eel, pastry, eggs, sesame seeds.

The first type: Japanese style cattail eel pastry strips.

Thaw the eel in advance and cut it into 8 cm long strips for later use.

Cut the puff pastry into strips longer than the eel (if the puff pastry is too hard, you can slightly defrost it before cutting).

Roll the puff pastry strips on the eel strips, leaving some space in the middle.

Put greased paper on the baking tray, roll the pastry in a row, brush the pastry roll with egg wash, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes until the puff pastry is bulging and colored.

Thaw the eel in advance and cut it into cubes of about 3 cm.
