Do you still remember the eel omelet in Lonely Gourmet House?

Poke open the golden omelet rice,
"There is a delicious and juicy eel inside~sweet and thick~
Even under the egg skin,
The eel is still the eel, combined with the egg skin,
Without losing the taste of myself"

The chef can't help but want to make a copy of the eel omelet!
Also warm up for the sixth season of Lonely Gourmet, which will be broadcast in April! :-D

Lonely Gourmet Reissue-eel Omelette Rice

1. Cut the grilled eel into small pieces and set aside.

2. Cut corn and celery into grains the same size as corn.

3. Stir-fry the corn kernels and celery and serve.

4. Pour leftover rice and stir fry.

5. Add corn and celery after sautéing.

6. Pour in the eel cubes, add a little chicken powder and salt to taste and stir well.

7. Beat the eggs.

8. Put a little oil in the pot, don't use too much oil, pour in the egg mixture and shake well.

9. When the egg liquid is not completely set, add the fried rice. You can put the meal aside or in the middle according to your preference.

10. Shovel the egg crust to the center, wrap the rice, buckle upside down on the plate, and finally squeeze the tomato sauce, sprinkle with pork floss and seaweed for decoration.

11. Have you learned it? The next step is to reward yourself~!

Tips:

①Don't put too much rice, too much will not hold it, too little will not look good;
②Be sure to fry on low heat. Turn off the heat until the surface of the egg liquid has solidified slightly. Don't fry for too long, otherwise the egg crust will get old and break easily!
