Cucumber, Eel, Egg Shredded Whole Wheat Peas Burger [healthy One Hand]
1.
After the eggs are beaten, add 2g of mirin. If you donβt have it, donβt add other seasonings. Spread directly into omelets.
2.
Roll up the quiche and cut into thin strips, set aside. (The width of the bar is shown in the figure)
3.
Cut the cucumber in the middle, and use a skin scraper to slice (put it on the chopping board for peeling) and eat the remaining skin on its own. Add a little salt and mix well, marinate in vinegar for 5 minutes, squeeze out the excess water.
4.
For the bread, I use whole-wheat peas from the original wheat hills. You can choose whole-wheat toast and homemade whole-wheat burgers. After cutting, fry the cut noodles in a low heat in a pan to make the wheat fragrant. (If there is a small oven, you can also use the small oven to heat at 120 degrees for 3-4 minutes)
5.
Half a diced pickled cucumber is mixed with 30g of dehydrated yogurt (this amount is the sauce ratio of a burger), but if you are using spread cheese, you can just cut half a diced pickled cucumber for later use.
6.
I have made both. You can choose your choice. You can choose the dehydrated yogurt type that likes popping, and the cheese type that likes the cheese milk and salt flavor (the small triangle of the cheese cow I used). After grilling, the bottom layer is smeared with dehydrated yogurt flavored with pickles. Of course, you can also choose spread cheese and sprinkle with pickles. There are two types as shown in the figure above. (For a simple method of dehydrated yogurt, see: https://www.xiachufang.com/recipe/104224212/)
7.
Put the pickled cucumber slices on top of the pickle sauce.
8.
Put the shredded egg on it, and then put a piece of grilled eel.
9.
In the final step, sautΓ© the white sesame seeds in a frying pan until they turn slightly yellow.
10.
Sprinkle sea moss strips and cooked sesame seeds on top of another embryo.
