Tips:
1. The amount of egg liquid required is very small, the function is to make the starch wrap the soybeans, and it is enough to put a little bit each time.
2. Soybeans can be replaced with peanuts or other.
3. The thirteen spice powder can be replaced with a lot of sugar, and the taste can be adjusted at will.
4. If you want a particularly crispy taste, you need to return to the pot and re-fry once.
