Toast Egg Rolls

Prepare the ingredients and beat the eggs. It is best to put them on a deep-mouth plate. Dip the bread later. Cut the avocados. If you don’t like avocados, you can replace them with other fruits, such as bananas, strawberries, and mangoes.

If the avocado is not sweet, you can pair it with a sweet fruit. Here I added a piece of Musang King. The taste is amazing!

Cut the skin off the bread and compact it with a rolling pin, otherwise it will break easily when it is rolled for a while

Put the fruit on it, add my favorite sauce, I add a little honey

Then roll it up and dip it in the egg mixture and fry it in a frying pan. My home is a non-stick pan, so you don’t need oil. For an iron pan, it’s best to use butter for frying. If you don’t have other oil, you can fry until the surface is golden. La! I didn’t waste the rest, so I dipped it in the egg jelly and fry it

Cut it, make a plate, top with mangosteen, and make a cup of milk sesame paste, it tastes great!
Tips:
