Prepare the ingredients and soak the soybeans overnight.

Wash the cabbage with boiling water.

Remove and throw in cold water.

Squeeze the water and chop.

The soaked beans, peanuts and a little water, are broken twice. The peanuts can be rinsed without soaking.

Pour the beaten soybean juice and bean dregs into a small pot.

After boiling, add the Chinese cabbage.

Stir while cooking until the soup is reduced.

Add salt and stir it out of the pot, leaving some soup for a better taste.

Finely chop pickles, green peppers, green onions, and coriander.

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to make the juice and mix with food.
