Tofu Brain

Soak the soybeans in water the night before (the soybeans are 150 grams)

Wash the beans and put in 1200ml water (in order to make it easier for everyone to see the water level, I took it at 1100ml when I took the photo)

I use the tofu tofu selected by the Midea Soymilk Maker and press the start button.

The squeezed soy milk quickly filters out the oat dregs (too slow soy milk is cold)

3 grams of internal fat powder put this small spoonful of water to dissolve (don’t make this too early, it won’t solidify)

Pour the filtered soy milk into a bowl of melted internal fat powder

Waterproof the steamer and boil. Cover the soymilk bowl with plastic wrap and pierce a few holes with a toothpick. Put the soymilk bowl in the boiling steamer to keep it warm and let it stand for 20 minutes.
