11. Put the gravy in the pot, then add the fungus, daylily and shiitake mushrooms;

12. Stir-fry for a while, add a proper amount of water, and then add a small half teaspoon of salt;

13. After the water boils, slowly pour the starch water into the pot along the side of the pot, and adjust the amount according to the consistency you want;

14. Then pour the egg liquid into the pot in a circular motion;

15. After the egg is solidified, use a spoon to push the soup to mix evenly;

16. Soy milk is also solidified at this time;

Tips:

1. If there is no lactone, gypsum can be used instead, and the amount of lactone should be mastered, not too much, and there will be sourness if there is more;

2. The temperature of soy milk should be around 90 degrees. Soy milk can be set after standing for a period of time. Don't move during this process;

3. Soymilk machine should use the kind with filter, don't throw away the filtered tofu residue, you can make other delicacies.
