Tofu Finger Crispy Strips

Ingredients: 100 grams of southern (tender) tofu, 110 grams of low-gluten flour, 1 egg, 10 grams of corn oil, 5 grams of white sesame seeds

Boil the tofu in boiling water for 2 minutes to remove the beany flavor.

After blanching, wipe the water dry with a kitchen paper towel.

Put the tofu in a bowl, crush it, add the egg whites, and beat them together, then add the corn oil and white sesame seeds, and stir them together. >>If the baby is still young, you can switch to sesame powder. The pure egg white used here, the biscuits made of egg white are hard. If the baby has not eaten egg whites, you can change the egg yolk. The biscuits made from the egg yolk will be crisper.

Finally, the low powder is sieved and added 3 times, each time stirring well, and then the next time.

Move it to the kneading pad, and it will form a dough. If the sticky hands are severe, add less powder. In the end, it was still a bit sticky, covered with plastic wrap and kept in the refrigerator for half an hour. >>It's sticky. I added 5 grams of powder. In the end, it is quite sticky as shown in the picture. Leave it alone, let it calm down.

It doesn't stick to your hands anymore, just don't dust it out, and it won't stick to the mat. Roll the dough into dough pieces and cut into strips.

The sharp corners on each side must be cut off. After baking, hard tools will hurt the baby.
