Tofu Meatball Soup

Pork filling with cooking wine, pepper, starch, scallion and ginger, stir well, cut tofu into small pieces

Heat water in a pot, add shredded ginger, salt, and tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes

Squeeze the meat by hand, or use a spoon to make meatballs, put them in the pot, wait for the balls to float, add the chopped green onion
4.
Serve, sprinkle with coriander, pepper, sesame oil, finish
Tips:
Coriander, pepper, sesame oil, have to be served before putting
