Tofu Pudding

Stir the egg yolk and sugar thoroughly to melt the sugar

Put soy milk and light cream in the pot

Put some vanilla powder and cook on medium-low heat for about 2 minutes

Pour in the egg yolk liquid after letting it warm, mix well

Sift twice

Pour into a bowl

Preheat the oven in advance, put 1/3 of the boiling water in the mold on the baking tray, and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes

After taking it out, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Put fruit on it and pour some honey on it.
Tips:
The egg yolk liquid must wait for the soy milk liquid to warm up before pouring, filter twice to make it more delicate. Because I have to pour honey in the end, I don't put much sugar.
