This is made according to Nicholas Tse’s Twelve Ways of Flavour Recipe. In the past, only milk was used to make pudding. This time, the pudding made with soy milk is sweet and delicate. It melts in your mouth, it's so delicious

Ingredients

1. Stir the egg yolk and sugar thoroughly to melt the sugar

2. Put soy milk and light cream in the pot

3. Put some vanilla powder and cook on medium-low heat for about 2 minutes

4. Pour in the egg yolk liquid after letting it warm, mix well

5. Sift twice

6. Pour into a bowl

7. Preheat the oven in advance, put 1/3 of the boiling water in the mold on the baking tray, and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes

8. After taking it out, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Put fruit on it and pour some honey on it.

Tips:

The egg yolk liquid must wait for the soy milk liquid to warm up before pouring, filter twice to make it more delicate. Because I have to pour honey in the end, I don't put much sugar.
