Tofu Soup with Salmon Head

Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pan, and fry the salmon head that has been marinated with salt and pepper over medium heat.

After frying, add the ginger slices at the same time while inverting the fry on the other side.

When both sides are fried, pour an appropriate amount of boiling water and bring it to a boil.

Boil for about ten minutes and pour in tofu when the fish soup is milky white.

Continue to cook for a while and then add the tomatoes and cook together.

Add a little salt and pepper to turn off the heat, and put the coriander at the end.
Tips:
Note: After the fish soup is cooked, add tofu. It does not need to be cooked for too long. Secondly, the tomatoes cannot be cooked for too long.
