Tofu Stewed with Cabbage

Prepare materials.

Slice the cabbage leaves, slice the cabbage into thin slices, and separate them.

Put the oil in the wok and fry the scallions, ginger, garlic, add the cabbage to help stir-fry for one minute and then stir-fry the cabbage leaves for another minute, add water and tofu and simmer for 15 minutes, add salt and beef noodles and serve.
Tips:
The tofu cubes can be cut into smaller pieces, because the baby is messing up, so I hurriedly put it in the pot after cutting it.
