Ingredients

Tofu with Mango and Hawthorn Mixed with Milk

1. Pick a little bit of sweet-scented osmanthus

2. Add the hawthorn sauce, mix well and set aside.

3. Steamed milk tofu with colostrum, take a piece and trim it into cubes

4. Dice hawthorn cake, peeled mango and diced

5. Prepare the cooked peas.

6. Put the milk tofu on the plate, put the hawthorn and diced mango on top

7. Decorate with pea cubes, and serve with the mixed osmanthus hawthorn sauce, which can be eaten with milk tofu.
