Mongolian Milk Tea
1.
Generally use brick tea (or cooked Pu'er instead), wrap it in gauze and cook for 10 minutes to remove
2.
Add salt in moderation (Mongolian milk tea is salty)
3.
Add beef jerky (diced), fried rice, milk, butter, milk skin, milk tofu, and low heat all the way. After serving, you can keep the low heat to keep warm.
4.
Put it in order
5.
After serving in a bowl, add milk and chew (also called milk chew)
Tips:
Beef jerky and stir-fried rice should be put early to make the milk tea more fragrant. Others are ok... pure Mongolian milk tea
