The milk tea we usually drink is sweet, such as Hong Kong-style milk tea. However, for the Mongolian people, milk tea must be salted. In addition to salt, Inner Mongolian milk skin, milk tofu, fried rice and beef jerky must be added.

Mongolian Milk Tea

1. Add water to boil the Pu'er tea
