Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and chop minced meat, peel and mince garlic and ginger, and cut pepper into circles for later use.

Yuzi tofu is cut and extruded from the middle, and then cut into pieces of the same size.

Coat the tofu with cornstarch evenly.
