Tofu with Oyster Sauce and Shredded Pork

Put the tofu slices in the microwave for 5 minutes on high heat, (without a microwave, steam in a steamer for 7-8 minutes)

Shred the meat, add water and salt to the starch to make water starch

Cut coriander into sections, shred ginger, and chopped green onion

Heat the oil in the wok, add the shredded pork and fry until white, add the green onion and ginger and fry until fragrant

Add the oyster sauce, stir fry the soy sauce evenly
7.
Pour in water starch and heat until it is viscous.
8.
Put it on tofu, sprinkle with coriander and serve
Tips:
Oyster sauce is salty, so add little or no salt.
