Once when I went to a colleague’s house for dinner, she made this dish. For those who love tofu, I fell in love with it at the first bite.

Tofu Wrapped Meat

1. Soak the mushrooms, drain and dice, dice lean meat, cut rice with garlic, and dice cucumber

2. Mix the four ingredients in 1 with oil, salt, and soy sauce evenly

3. Rub the tofu into a hole

4. Sift the filling into the tofu

5. Hot pan oil

6. Put the tofu in the pot and fry both sides

7. Add appropriate amount of water, about 8 minutes of tofu

8. Cover the pot and simmer for a while until the water is dry

9. Basically, the tofu can be cooked when the water is dried and cooked.
