Tomato and Egg Udon Noodles

Boil the udon noodles under boiling water for 3 minutes and then set aside

Pour the tomatoes in a hot pan with cold oil and stir fry until the tomatoes are soft

Add cooking wine and salt to taste

Add water and simmer
5.
After boiling, add the beaten eggs
6.
Add lettuce
7.
Put in the udon noodles cooked before and bring to a boil
8.
After boiling, add light soy sauce and salt to taste
9.
Continue to boil in the pot
10.
The cooked noodles are ready to eat
Tips:
1. I personally like to cook udon before adding it to the soup, or add it directly to the soup.
