Tomato and Winter Melon Egg Soup

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Peel the wax gourd, wash and cut into pieces.

Wash the egg shells, knock them into a bowl and beat them into egg liquid, add a little cooking wine and mix thoroughly.

Heat the wok and put the oil, add the tomatoes and stir fry, turn to a low heat to pick out the tomato skins, add the winter melon and stir fry.
