Tomato Beef Soup

A fresh oxtail, cut into the joints, soak in cold water for about two hours.

Peel the tomatoes;
3.
Cut into small dices.
4.
Oxtail cold water pot, put ginger slices, cooking wine;
5.
Bring to a boil and cook for about two minutes, remove and rinse.
6.
Pour the diced tomatoes into the pressure cooker;
7.
Add ginger and pepper;
8.
Add the oxtail, add enough water, transfer to the stew, cover and press for about forty minutes.
9.
After the pressure is relieved, take the lid and adjust to the juice collecting position;
10.
Add salt and simmer for about ten minutes.
