Snakehead is high-protein, low-fat, and has a health-preserving effect. It is suitable for the whole family to drink. The black fish soup with tomato has a little sour, sweet and umami taste, which is especially appetizing before meals!

Ingredients

Tomato Black Fish Soup

1. The black fish I used is more tender. Cut into sections and marinate for 15 minutes with a little salt. Then use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the surface moisture

2. Fry the fish in a frying pan until golden on both sides

3. Drain the oil, leave the oil in the pot, and clamp the fish into the soup pot

4. Peel the tomatoes, cut them, and fry them in the frying pan just now

5. Pour into a bowl of water and crush the tomatoes a little bit like boiling tomato sauce

6. Pour the tomato sauce into the soup pot, then pour the boiling water

7. Bring to a boil and turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes

8. Cut the red dates in half and put them in a soup pot, and cook for another 5 minutes, so that the red dates won't be too flavourful. Try the taste, because it has been marinated, add salt if it doesn’t taste enough

9. The white fish soup with the sweetness and sourness of tomatoes makes it very delicious

Tips:

Red dates can be used to cover the fishy taste, or use ginger, cooking wine or coriander.
