Tomato Cauliflower

Prepare the ingredients, break the cauliflower, wash and set aside.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces for later use. (Because I like to remove the skin, I can choose whether to remove the skin or not according to my preference.)

Pour in the oil, add a little green onion, and add the cauliflower. Stir fry for a while.

Add the previously chopped tomatoes. Continue to stir fry for a while. Add the right amount of salt. It's ready to be out of the pot.
