Tomato Fish Fillet

Grab the black fish fillets with cooking wine, salt, egg white, and starch and marinate for 15 minutes.

Blanch the tomatoes in hot water, peel them, and cut them into large pieces. Cut green onions into sections.

Put oil in the pan, add the fish fillets and stir fry gently, and serve after turning white.

Put oil in the pot again, add the green onions to fragrant, and then add the tomatoes and stir-fry to make the red soup.

Put cooking wine, clear soup or water, salt and chicken essence in the pot and boil.
