Tomato Oxtail Soup

Prepare the ingredients: cut the tomato into pieces, wash the oxtail, and prepare the accessories.

Boil water in the stock pot, and at the same time, heat the oil in a cold pot, put the cut tomatoes in and fry them, then pour them into the boiling stock pot and cook. This tomato soup has a strong taste~

Put the accessories into the pot. The small stainless steel box I use will sink to the bottom of the pot, and it will be easier to evaporate the taste of accessories. You can also use a gauze bag to wrap a bag.

Put the oxtail and ginger in cold water, bring to a boil, blanch the water to remove blood stains. After the water is boiled, wait for 2-3 minutes.

Put the oxtail in the tomato soup, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for 1 hour on low heat.

The oxtail is delicious, but it’s a pity that there is little meat, so I also added some beef balls, you can ignore it...

After 1 hour, poke with chopsticks. Basically, the meat on the oxtail bounces and becomes soft again, and you can get it out of the pot!
Tips:
Oxtail is actually best cooked for 2-3 hours, and the meat is softer.
