Tomato Quinoa Salad

Rinse the quinoa with water and soak for 10 minutes, then cook;

In the process of cooking quinoa, wash the vegetables you need and control the moisture;

After the quinoa is cooked, let it cool;

Boil the Arctic shrimp with boiling water and let cool;

Mix cream cheese, salad dressing, apple cider vinegar, crushed black pepper and sea salt and mix well to make a sauce;

Cut small tomatoes, lettuce, purple cabbage, and cooked eggs;

Tips:
1. There are many colors of small tomatoes, add some for each color;
2. Basically cook the quinoa for 15 minutes, don't cook it for a long time;
3. If you like other seasonal vegetables, you can also add them.
