Tomato Sauce Balsa

The pansa fillets are marinated with salt, cornstarch, black pepper, and cooking wine.

Put garlic, ginger, tomato and tomato sauce in a hot oil pan and stir fry.

Add bean sprouts and stir fry.

Add water, soak the ingredients, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add pansa fish and cook for 2 minutes.
6.
Add lettuce, light soy sauce, and cook for 1 minute.
7.
Add parsley.
8.
Edible!
Tips:
The fish fillets are slightly boiled and tender.
