Tomato Sauce Balsa

1. The pansa fillets are marinated with salt, cornstarch, black pepper, and cooking wine.

2. Put garlic, ginger, tomato and tomato sauce in a hot oil pan and stir fry.

3. Add bean sprouts and stir fry.

4. Add water, soak the ingredients, and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Add pansa fish and cook for 2 minutes.
