Tomato Sirloin with Potatoes

Take the previously stewed beef out of the refrigerator to naturally melt; peel two potatoes, peel off the skins of the two large tomatoes, wash them and set aside.

Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into pieces, and put the beef in a small bowl to make sure it is completely melted.

Pour peanut oil into the pot and put it in a pot of green onion sauce.

Add tomatoes and stir fry.
