Tomato Stew with Soybeans
1.
(Soak the soybeans in water the night before) Slice the onion and tomato and stir-fry until tender.
2.
The soaked soybeans are rinsed to remove the foam, drain the water, and pour it into the pot
3.
Stir well and add light soy sauce
4.
Dig a "hole" in the middle of the saucepan so that the water will not come out of the edge of the lid when it is simmered.
5.
The gita pot was covered and simmered carefully. Don't worry that the water will boil dry, the steam in the Jitta pot will flow back, basically the water content will not decrease. Let it simmer for 1.5 hours...
6.
Add chicken essence and mix well before serving
7.
Soybeans melt in your mouth
8.
The eggplant has a strong flavor, sweet and sour.
Tips:
Simmering in a gita pot on a low fire will ensure the most original and delicious ingredients.
