Tomato Winter Melon

Slice the winter melon thinly and set aside

Cut cucumber into crescent shape and set aside

Carrots are pressed into flowers with a mold for later use

The cucumber is wavy on one side and the other side with flowers

Peel and dice tomatoes, yellow pepper and dice garlic cloves and set aside

Add garlic cloves in a hot pan and fry until fragrant, add tomatoes and fry to get the juice

Add winter melon and stir fry, add salt, oyster sauce, add appropriate amount of boiling water, cover and simmer for five minutes until winter melon is ripe (do not add too much water, because winter melon will leak out)

Finally, add yellow pepper, sprinkle with chicken powder and stir fry.
