Toon Mixed with Tofu

Cut the northern tofu into 1.5 cm square pieces, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt to boiling water, cook the tofu for 1 minute, remove the cold water

Toon only takes the leaves and buds, not the stems, and blanch them with cold water

Remove the toon and tofu and drain, add all the ingredients to the airtight box

Close the sealed box tightly, shake it anyway, to mix the ingredients, and refrigerate for more than 1 hour for easy tasting

Tips:
1. The tofu must be northern tofu, which is harder or not easy to break;
2. Don't put too much toon, too much, the taste is too strong, as long as the leaves and sprouts can be attached to the tofu, and it will be better integrated with the tofu;
3. Tofu is not tasty, so make it in advance and put it in the refrigerator to avoid deterioration;
4. The tofu is not fragile after being blanched, and it is not easy to stick when it is too cold; toon is blanched to remove nitrite, and if it is too cold, the leaves will be green.
